Position1:

For a prime Lebanese/Regional FMCG Holding in Lebanon

Financial controller overseas

Male. Lebanese national. Age: 32-40 years old. University degree; preferably in Business Administration major in Finance or Accounting or related. CPA or CFA or CMA or MBA or equivalent is a definite plus.

Min. 8-10 years of Finance and Accounting experience within major local or regional or multinational FMCG or commercial and distribution companies in Lebanon or in the Gulf or abroad.

Previous experience within the FMCG industry will be a definite plus with a min. of 3 years as Financial Controller or Finance Manager or related senior financial roles.

Previous experience within large scale and multi-branches organization is required.

Previous audit experience with one of the “Big 4” is a plus.

Will head the Finance Function for the Overseas Regions, work with other stakeholders in the Region to ensure that the financial controls and operational disciplines are in place to facilitate profitable growth of the business, act as a functional leader and an advisor for the Corporate Leadership Team and the Regional Teams, ensure that timely and accurate monthly results are reported by all the affiliates, introduce KPIs to help the Operational teams make timely decisions, develop and implement sound control systems, generate accounting records using appropriate accounting principles, abiding by statutory requirements in the respective jurisdictions, and select and implement risk management strategies…

Position2:

For a Major European FMCG Multinational company- Syria Branch
National Sales Development Manager

Arab speaker, preferably Lebanese or Syrian National. Age: 30-35. University degree; preferably in Business Administration major marketing from well-reputed universities.

Around 7-10 years of sales experience with at least 3 years as Sales Manager or Sales Development Manager or Key Account Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager or Trade Marketing Manager or related, within well-established local, regional or multinational FMCG companies in Lebanon, Levant or in the Gulf.

Previous experience in or exposure to the Syrian Market is a plus.

Will be responsible for the Sales department covering the Syrian market including distributors, key accounts, wholesalers and retailers. Will prepare the departments’ annual business plan and make sure that all key accounts are abiding to it in their day to day operations. Will elaborate 4P’s strategy across key accounts channels and monitor their implementation. Will develop channel and customer specific activities to ensure sales are maximized. Will study the competition and customers insights to anticipate market growth opportunities, determine new portfolios and market channels to operate in. Will also be responsible for conducting training workshops to make sure that the key accounts and distributors sales teams are aware of the products specifications and their related marketing plans. Will elaborate quarterly reports reviews and keep the management informed about the sales status…

Young and energetic. Field person. Customer oriented. Team leader and player: able to deal with people from different cultures and motivate them. Able to work autonomously, under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong sales, marketing and negotiations skills. Strong communication and reporting skills. Bilingual: Arabic and English. French is a plus. Based in Damascus.
