التوصيف الوظيفى:
1.المشاركة فى العمل الإداري داخل المنظمة.
2.شراء المستلزمات المكتبية، والضيافة…….
3.متابعة صيانة الأجهزة مع الشركة المختصة.
4.المسئول عن تصوير الأوراق الخاصة بالمؤسسة.
5.المسئول عن مخزن.
6.التعامل مع البنك والجهات الإدارية الأخرى التابعة لها المؤسسة فى حدود أختصاصاته.
7.أرشفة وحفظ إصدارات المؤسسة.
8.استلام عهدة (انتقالات) وتسويتها مع المسئولة المالية.

متطلبات إشغال الوظيفة:
1. المؤهلات العلمية: الحد الأدنى للمؤهل دبلوم، الحد الأعلى للمؤهل معهد سنتين.
2. القدرة على العمل فى فريق.
3. القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط.
4. اللباقة فى التعامل مع آخرين.
5. مهارات عالية في التنظيم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

1. القيام بأعمال البحث والحصر الميداني اللازمة للمشروع
2. الإعلان والترويج للمشروع وأنشطته
3. الاشتراك في إعداد المناهج التدريبية الخاصة بالحرف والمهارات التي يشملها المشروع
4. القيام بالأمور اللوجستية للتدريبات العملية والنظرية وتحتوي ولا تقتصر على التنسيق مع جميع الأطراف المعنية بالتدريب لتحديد البرنامج والمواعيد وخلافه, توفير المستلزمات التدريبية وتوفير المادة العلمية
5. تحديد البرامج التدريبية مع المدربين ومناقشتها مع مدير المشروع
6. الاشتراك في تصميم نماذج الاستمارات والسجلات اللازمة للمشروع
7. المتابعة الميدانية من خلال زيارات ميدانية للورش أثناء العمل وتطبيق استمارات المتابعة وإعداد تقارير المتابعة اللازمة وتقديمها لمدير المشروع في الموعد
8. توثيق التدريبات من خلال التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو والتقارير والمواد العلمية وإعداد قصص النجاح
9. متابعة تحصيل المساهمات الرمزية أو التأمين (إن وجدت) من المتدربين
10. تيسير عملية استخراج شهادات الميلاد وبطاقات الرقم القومي وساقط القيد للفئة المستهدفة
11. إعداد التقارير الدورية والخطط اللازمة بما يتماشى مع الخطط العامة للمشروع وتقديمها لمدير المشروع في الموعد
12. المشاركة في اللجان التي يكلف بها
13. عمل التسويات المالية اللازمة
14. القيام بالأعمال الإضافية التي تقتضيها حاجة العمل

الوظيفة الثانية: مسئول توظيف:
المهام والمسؤوليات
1. القيام بأعمال البحث والحصر الميداني اللازمة للمشروع

3. التنسيق مع أصحاب الورش بشأن توظيف المتدربين
4. متابعة العمالة أثناء عملها بالورش لتقييم أثر المشروع ولتذليل العقبات حال وجودها والعمل على توافر حقوقهم
5. الاشتراك في تنظيم المعارض اللازمة لتسويق منتجات الفئة المستهدفة بالتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والغير حكومية
6. خلق وابتكار فرص تسويقية لمنتجات الفئة المستهدفة
7. الإشراف على انهاء إجراءات التوظيف وما يستلزمه من مستندات
8. تيسير عملية استخراج شهادات الميلاد وبطاقات الرقم القومي للفئة المستهدفة
9. توثيق الأنشطة التوظيفية والتسويقية من خلال التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو والتقارير والمواد العلمية وإعداد قصص النجاح
10. الاشتراك في مرحلة التفاوض مع أصحاب الورش بشأن التدريب والتوظيف
