1. Create a Plan
Before you embark on your weight loss plan – create a plan of action. Write down how much you want to lose and how long you think it will take you. Then write down all the ways you’re going to make this happen. Once you have a plan written down on paper outlining how you’re going to achieve your goals, the chances are you will be more likely to stick to it.
- Start off Slow
The worse thing to do is to take on too much at once, as you’ll likely quickly feel overwhelmed and risk giving up all together. Avoid this and stick to your weight loss plan by starting off slow at first.
