I would collect the glooms

I would collect the glooms
make a balloon
For the nightmares to end soon
Our love sky will be clear
our worries will disappear322.jpg

My wonderland

Published November 3, 2016 by Yassmin Elnazer

Over there in wonderland
A dream of a place I wish I had
The mushroom home
Where for love there is plenty of room
I take the road without a destination
In a place built by my imagination
My butterfly wings grew
I took off and up I flew
Sliding in the trumpet flowers
Enjoying nature colors
Over there in my wonderland
I never been so happy or glad562.jpg

You promised

Published October 28, 2016 by Yassmin Elnazer

In memory of my dad may he rest in peace amen.

Dad you promised
You will always be around
You promised even after you are home
You would not leave me alone
You asked me not to cry
It is hard yet I try
Losing you is something I never expected
If only I knew
You told me it is your time
So early, you during is a crime
Yet I too promised You
I will be strong
And breaking my promise is wrong
Dad I miss you
Yet am waiting for your promise to be true

The garden of my heart

quote in photo by Paulo Coleho

Hey Gardner of hearts
Plant a rose of love in my lonely heart
Add some hope fertilizer
To the dry soil in my veins
Water with kindness and give it the spark
Turn down the fence
So you can get in
Gardner of hearts
Collect the dry branches
Burst the remains of all past hurts
Let the petals bloom
And throw away all bitterns thrones25957448-heart-organ-shaped-as-a-butterfly-with-wings-flying-up

Bed of stars

Published October 7, 2016 by Yassmin Elnazer

Inspired by the piano piece by Amy Lauren:Bed of starsbeach-sorrento-water-night-stars-1

Lying in a bed of stars.

With a heart full of scars.

Floating between soft clouds.

Running away from life’s horrors.

Watching the moon closely.

Getting free from bitterness and envy.

How lovely.!!

Letting go of reality.

On a bed of stars.

Where reality ends and hope starts.
